TROUBLE SHOOTING

• Staples bend/break

  Tool moving during staple insertion

  Hold firm & steady against tread surface



• Not holding bench splice

  Staples pulling out/breaking around tight radius.

  Splice on tire or use additional staples on bench splice. Assist feeding bench splice through rollers by hand. Use longer, heavier gauge Black Magic^® staples.



• Not fully melted

  Lower temperature cycle.

  Will not cause problems. Partially melted staple not stiff enough to damage tire.
